Zumba® for Beginners

Are you new to Zumba® or timid about trying your first Zumba® class?  Look no farther than this class!!  The goal of Zumba® for Beginners is to help you understand the steps so that you can really shake it down and get a good workout. This 50-minute class breaks down the choreography to enhance your workout experience!  Plenty of time is given to practicing the steps in the workout and there is also time after class for additional questions.  See you there!

About Britt Richardson

Britt has explored many types of movement and exercise throughout her life and LOVES teaching group fitness classes.  Coming from a dance background, Britt first fell in love with Pilates in the late 80's, when many Pilates exercises were integrated into her ballet training.  Britt gravitates toward Pilates for strength training and, for her, its benefits have included relieving lower back pain, gaining proper spinal alignment, recovering post-partum, and providing overall strength and postural support. Britt is passionate about dance, music, fitness and fun and loves the challenge of integrating all four into her classes.  She feels privileged to be working in the company of so many other fine instructors.
