Pilates Flow & Stretch
An intermediate Pilates Mat class influenced by Yoga, T'ai Chi, Feldenkrais and dance, where movements flow together, muscles are strengthened and flexibility is enhanced. Music connects the movements to strengthen the body, head to toe, and we lengthen the muscles with stretches of all kinds. The perfect mix!
Pilates Hard Core Strength
An intermediate to advanced Pilates Mat and toning class that incorporates weighted props of all kinds for the ultimate total body strengthening experience.
About Britt Richardson
Britt has explored many types of movement and exercise throughout her life and LOVES teaching group fitness classes. Coming from a dance background, Britt first fell in love with Pilates in the late '80s, when many Pilates exercises were integrated into her ballet training. Britt gravitates toward Pilates for strength training and, for her, its benefits have included relieving lower back pain, gaining proper spinal alignment, recovering post-partum, and providing overall strength and postural support. Britt is passionate about dance, music, fitness and fun and loves the challenge of integrating all four into her classes. She feels privileged to be working in the company of so many other fine instructors. Come experience the JOY in her classes!
