Trish Singer is now offering Pilates classes (based on the Stott method) in the DeepRoots Studio on Tuesdays at 5 pm. Britt Richardson will begin her Pilates classes (Beginner Pilates, Pilates Flow & Stretch, and Pilates Hard Core Strength) on September 1, with a variety of times from Sunday through Thursday every week.
