Kettlebell Training
Kettlebells are a favorite strength-training tool amongst strong people across the world. Their unique design allows for a variety of dynamic ballistic exercises, and is produced in a wide range of weights, so that most anybody can utilize all technique. The exercises are simple and can be easily incorporated into any exercise program. Kettlebell exercises incorporate the entire body and are designed to be time and energy efficient.
For the past five years, Abdul Mujib has trained extensively with Russian Kettlebells, and is a Level 2 Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified Instructor. In addition to his own training, Mujib has established the first Vermont-based Russian Kettlebell specific training program.
