Boot Camp at The Confluence
Boot Camp classes are designed for EVERYONE! For 45 minutes you will be led by a professional trainer through warm-ups, technique instruction, a high intensity (for you) workout and a cool-down with yoga postures. Boot Camp workouts are unique in that they focus on making you better at your everyday movements by developing all 10 skills of fitness: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility Balance and Accuracy. Our trainers will adjust every workout to meet your specific needs.
Next Session: January 9 to February 27
Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm
Location: The Confluence - Click here for map
Cost: $120 for full 8 week session or 16 classes
Frequency: 16 classes can be distributed evenly over the 8 week period (2/week on the days of your choosing) or used up at your own pace
Late Start: For enrollment after January 30 we will pro-rate the cost at $8/class for the remainder of the classes.
